Appointments

Appointments are available on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between the hours of 11am and 6pm. To schedule an appointment contact me at (817) 360-2450.

The length and frequency of your therapy is a personal decision based on your needs and goals. Working together, we will determine the best schedule for you. Counseling sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour. If you are unsure that counseling is the best option for you, please contact me to schedule a 30-minute consultation and I will be happy to answer your questions and address any concerns that may help you make your decision.

Payment / Insurance

Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is expected at the time of service. HSA cards are also accepted as a form of payment.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • What is my co-pay per session?
  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Will my plan cover marriage or family therapy?
  • Will my plan cover all diagnoses?

If you would like to use insurance or a third-party payer such as your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) you are expected to make arrangements with them prior to your first appointment.

Payment in full is your responsibility in the event your insurance provider does not make payment. I am currently in network with the following insurance providers:
